Included in Painting Service:

Surface Protection – Covering floors, furniture, and fixtures to prevent damage.
Cleanup – Removing debris, tape, and protective coverings post-painting.
Quality Inspection – Ensuring a smooth, even finish.
Touch-ups – Addressing any minor imperfections after drying.
Not Included in Painting Service:
Major Repairs – Structural fixes, extensive plastering, or drywall replacements.
Furniture Moving – Clients must arrange furniture shifting before painting.
Fixture Removal – Disassembly of lighting, fans, or mounted objects.
Window Cleaning – Post-painting glass or window cleaning is not included.
Specialized Finishes – Textured, faux, or decorative finishes require an additional quote.
Exterior Carpentry – Repairs or modifications to exterior woodwork.
Wallpaper Removal – Stripping and preparing walls for painting.
Custom Color Matching – Requires additional charges if specific shades are needed.

Scope of Work
A. Surface Preparation:

Inspection of walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to be painted.

Removal of dust, dirt, and grease from surfaces.

Patching holes, cracks, and imperfections.

Sanding surfaces for smooth application.

Applying primer where necessary.

B. Painting Application:

Selection of appropriate paint type and color as per client’s preference.

Application of the first coat of paint.

Allowing sufficient drying time between coats.

Application of the second and subsequent coats as required.

Ensuring uniform coverage and smooth finish.

C. Post-Painting Procedures:

Final inspection of painted surfaces.

Touch-ups where necessary.

Cleaning up of paint residues and debris.

Proper disposal of used materials.

Handover to the client with maintenance recommendations.

Instructions for Painting Service
Prepare the Work Area – Remove small items and furniture to clear space.
Protect Surfaces – Cover large furniture and floors with drop cloths or plastic sheets.
Clean the Walls – Ensure surfaces are dry and free of dust or debris.
Repair Imperfections – Patch any cracks or holes with suitable filler.
Smooth the Surface – Sand walls for a uniform and even painting base.
Allow Primer to Dry – Ensure primer is completely dry before painting.
Follow Drying Times – Maintain recommended intervals between primer and paint coats.
Use Quality Tools – Opt for high-quality brushes or rollers for smooth application.
Apply Multiple Coats – Use additional coats if necessary for the best finish.
Protect Non-Paintable Areas – Cover edges, borders, and fixtures appropriately.
Use Painter’s Tape – Apply tape to protect trim and adjacent surfaces.
Remove Tape Carefully – Peel off tape and protective sheets after drying.
Clean Spills Promptly – Wipe off any paint splatters immediately.
Inspect the Work – Check for even coverage and consistency.
